1st Opinion of Gun Control
Today, the issue about Gun Control becomes a hot potato. It is heard from the various media, and especially seems to be an election matters because the election day is comming.(Nov. 7)
I'm against gun control. Basically the U.S.A was established as based on liberty and consists of immigrants from many other countries. They have enriched by democracy as opposed to monarchy that considered as common goverance through European history. American showed possibilities that democrary provides freedom and oppotunities for every citizen.
In the U.S.A having a gun is one of the fundamental human rights to protect themselves. They don't think that it is always safe enough to count on the government at all the time; it is still possible to encounter such a terrible incident in their daily life. In this point of view gun control seems to make people feel more nervous and insecure. Morever it could be an invasion of privacy.

Do you really think guns can protect yourself from danger? How do you think when you see terrible gun shot news? Is having a gun still a good way to protect people? Yesterday I saw news on TV about what a girl on the street to go to Halloween party was just killed by a gun. This news was not new.

I undersand what you said. yes! there were a number of terrible news about gun shooting so far. I think the most dangerous thing is not the gun but a violent temper of people. my point is not to use a gun whenever we can but to keep the gun in case of incident. just imagine that at midnight there is someone who broke into your house and treaten you. If your house is detached from the neighbors, like common American houses, nobody knows how dangerous you are. At that moment, what sould we act in self-defence?

Cookie, how can you control that? that the gun will be use just in case of incident?
Also, if guns protect people from the goverment..

when was the last time that somebody used a gun against the goverment?
when was the last time that somebody used a gun with a civil person? probably today.
