1st Draft of Gun Rights

Since the second amendment of the United States Constitution is reviewed, Americans have carried their own guns. It is based on democratic principle and as vital to the lives and liberty of modern Americans as it was in frontier times. On the other hand, it also shows side effects when people abuse the assault weapons; there are still many cases to think over whether people bear the firearm or not.
The widespread concern for a gun is about firearm accidents that come up on TV frequently. It looks definitely horroble and makes feel nervous. To address this problem, people think that gun is banned in the U.S.A for good. However, in my opinion, the major problem cames from not possesson of gun but the negative influence of media, like action movies and some TV programs, which contain lots of violence and excessive description of crime. As long as people are exposed to certain circumstances, it is unavoidable to make people a dangerous copycat. Therefore, media should consider carefully how they effect on the pubic.
In addition,how to deal with gun is also important to eliminate incident. People have to make sure that gun becomes destructive power of weapon in case of misuse. Besides, process to have gun should be more difficult and background checks also should be much stricter.
From the original purpose of gun rights, gun has to be used in self-defence. In 1871 National Rifle Associaton(NRA) was oranized to motivate Americans to be good at marksmanship.It points out that personal protection is important enough in the U.S.A. According to the related studies, firearms are used more than 2 million times a year for crime prevention.
Gun control is not a good idea to diminish the crime and might happen the other problem. In the U.S.A gun is one of the god-given rights. Therefore people should think over how should they do to claim a right.

1st Opinion of Gun Control

Today, the issue about Gun Control becomes a hot potato. It is heard from the various media, and especially seems to be an election matters because the election day is comming.(Nov. 7)
I'm against gun control. Basically the U.S.A was established as based on liberty and consists of immigrants from many other countries. They have enriched by democracy as opposed to monarchy that considered as common goverance through European history. American showed possibilities that democrary provides freedom and oppotunities for every citizen.
In the U.S.A having a gun is one of the fundamental human rights to protect themselves. They don't think that it is always safe enough to count on the government at all the time; it is still possible to encounter such a terrible incident in their daily life. In this point of view gun control seems to make people feel more nervous and insecure. Morever it could be an invasion of privacy.
